The design of the cooker is intended to replicate the way a restaurant chef carefully prepares sauces in the kitchen, tilting the saucepan and gently mixing its contents. In addition, this unit includes a powder ingredient pump that will emulsify any powders into the liquid mixture inside the cooker, ensuring that that the resulting end-product retains a completely smooth texture. Finally, we have added an intermediary tank so that you may temporarily store intermediary mixtures (e.g. melted butter) before re-introducing them into the cooker for the final processing stage.

To ensure consistency batch after batch, the processes are controlled by automation, removing potential human error from the roasting process.

The ready-built, tested line is installed in any facility within a matter of days, and only needs to be connected to utilities, such as steam, electricity, water and data.

The Coctio Sauce Cooking System includes closed cooker, vacuum powder pump, intermedieary heated tank. ingredient loading system and direct liquid product connections to enable a range of functionalities and allow the execution of multistep recipes without a problem. 

Consistent and hygienic

The system is controlled by automation, repeatin every step fo the recipe as per parameters and does so in closed system, ensuring hygienic and safe production. The unit can be connected to thrid-party CIP for easy washing process.

Easy set-up, Plug & Produce

Once delivered, the unit is typically ready to use after 1 week after utilities have been connected. The unit itself has a small footprint of only about 50 m2.
