Recap: Successful exhibition at Anuga FoodTec 2018!

Let us take a quick look back on the past Anuga FoodTec 2018 fairs in Cologne, Germany, where we were exhibiting between 20th and 23rd March. Our visitors were introduced to Coctio's advanced concept for creating clean label bone broth, sauce, soup and ready meals from valuable animal bones with a turnkey automated production line to support the fast-growing demand for clean label food products and correlate with the trends and requirements of modern consumers food choices.

To us, Anuga FoodTec 2018 was the first exhibition event to take part in the field of international food industry trade shows. What can we say about our exhibiting experience now, a few weeks after the event? 

It was a successful event to Coctio! Our team is delighted with the fair week, and we enjoyed exhibiting and got a lot out of it! It was essential for us to be present at Anuga FoodTec 2018 and we are pleased we did, founding many food companies and businesses that were keen to be introduced to bone broth production business. We enjoyed a positive response across our presence from the many visitors, including:

  • Introductions to Coctio's advanced technological solutions to converting animal bone residue into nutritious revenue and leaving zero bone waste
  • Comprehensive business and market outlook within natural bone broth and clean label food segment
  • Fresh stand look that was felt inspired, appealing and approachable

All this is of course great news to our team! We can not be anything but pleased with the high level of interest that our concept created at the show and the opportunity of meeting people and discussing a range of potential cases both with new and existing clients and partners. Some intriguing project requests from food companies wanting to develop their processes, product offerings and brands with natural broth ingredients and products were received, that we are currently processing further.

For us, it will be pleased to pursue all the conversations paving the way for new clean label product and ingredients development that provides improved quality and more natural taste, greater convenience and better health outcomes on our foods, while also achieving growth and sustainability in the processing of animal bone by-products.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who visited our stand and also big thanks to other exhibitors that we met and discussed during the fair period. The exhibition was a success thanks to all of you! We hope you enjoyed the show and had enough time at our stand to explore how to become a successful bone broth producer and the aspects of opportunities for business growth within this segment.

Our team is already looking forward to next period of Anuga FoodTec in 2021 - but for sure you can expect to meet us in other food technology and ingredients trade fairs already before that.
